Terms & Conditions
Thank you for visiting morjas.com. These terms and conditions apply to your use of www.morjas.com and its sub websites which we own and maintain. We are Morjas & Co AB with registered address Östermalmsgatan 58, 114 50 Stockholm, Sweden. Company registration number 559103-7501. By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in force at the time you place your order; changes are not applied retroactively. We recommend reviewing these terms before each purchase.
Orders
Orders placed on www.morjas.com are intended for private use only and are not meant for resale. Before completing your purchase, you will be presented with an order summary. Please review this carefully to ensure all details match your preferences before accepting the terms and conditions.
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason, without any liability to you. Morjas reserves the right to limit product availability and cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock. Morjas shall not be held responsible for any product unavailability. Every effort is made to ensure that product images and presentations on the website accurately reflect the actual products. However, please note that the physical appearance of the shoes may differ slightly from the digital photographs displayed online. Morjas also reserves the right to cancel any order if there is reason to believe that the order violates these Terms & Conditions or if the customer has previously caused harm to the brand and/or the company.
A binding contract between you and Morjas is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order by email. An acknowledgement that we have received your order, or the processing of your payment, does not by itself constitute acceptance.
Payment & Pricing
Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes for orders within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Norway. Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable import duties and tariffs for the United States. For orders delivered elsewhere, prices exclude import duties and taxes (see Taxes and duties below). Orders delivered outside the regions above may incur import duties and taxes. These charges vary from country to country. As you will be responsible for any charges we kindly recommend you to check with your local customs office for further information. Morjas reserves the right to change the price of any items on the website at any time. Morjas securely accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, and Swish.
Shipping
Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of Morjas. Please contact [email protected] at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time, and we will help you resolve the issue. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not match your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. You are entitled to a remedy under the statutory legal guarantee, and we will arrange a free return and an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. This is separate from, and in addition to, your right of withdrawal.
Taxes and duties
Within the European Union
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
United States
Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning that MORJAS covers import duties and tariffs. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
United Kingdom
Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Displayed prices include UK VAT, and the price shown at checkout is the final price. You will not be asked to pay additional import VAT or duties on delivery.
Norway
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside the European Union
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Morjas does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Morjas.
Return and exchanges
Right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy below. To withdraw, use the withdrawal function or notify us by a clear statement (for example, by email to [email protected]). You may use the withdrawal form, but are not required to. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay. After withdrawing, please return the goods within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of return (see Return costs below). We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs provided your original order did not qualify for free shipping, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal - though we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return. We do not reimburse the extra cost of any delivery option you chose above our least expensive standard delivery. You are liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Our return policy depends on where you live. Click here to learn our policy for your country.
Return costs
For withdrawals and voluntary returns, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The applicable return cost for your country is shown here and is deducted from your refund. Returns of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are free of charge (see Faulty or non-conforming goods).
Item Condition
To keep your refund intact, please handle products with care and return everything with all tags and original packaging. Items showing signs of use beyond what is needed to check them — including, but not limited to, creased uppers or scuffed leather soles — may be subject to a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value. All shoes should be tried on with care, on carpeted floors.
Uncollected Packages
If an order is not collected from the chosen pick-up point, it will be returned to us. A restocking fee, as well as the return and shipping fees, will be deducted from the refund.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
Separately from your right of withdrawal and our return policy, you have statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or otherwise does not match the contract. Consumers in the EU and Norway benefit from a legal guarantee of at least two years under applicable law; consumers in the UK have equivalent rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the circumstances and your local law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange a free return and an appropriate remedy upon confirmation of the product being faulty or non-conforming. We bear the return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
The Loyalty Program
Creating a customer account on the Site automatically enrols you as a member of the MORJAS Rewards Program (“The Loyalty Program”) and grants you access to your order history. By signing up for The Loyalty Program, you consent to us storing and presenting your order history.
Read more about The Loyalty Program here.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Consumers in the EU can find national consumer dispute-resolution bodies through the European Commission's consumer-redress information; UK consumers may be able to use an approved ADR scheme. Please note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your purchase, are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in your home courts.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or in respect of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, carrier disruption, or supply failures. Where this materially affects your order, we will let you know, and where appropriate you may cancel and receive a refund.
General
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and Morjas regarding your purchases and use of the site.
