A team favourite is the Negroni.
The classic version is a blend of equal parts gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
But for the upcoming holidays, we want to spice it up a notch with some in-season flavours.
Christmas Negroni
Ingredients:
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Orange peel for garnish
Ice cubes
10-15 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
Ice
Preparation:
Put one star anise, 10-15 cloves and one cinnamon stick in the gin
and let it sit 3-5 days depending on how spicy you like it.
Steps:
1. Add gin, Campari and the sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir it around until chilled.
2. Strain the liquid into a glass filled with large ice cubes
3. Garnish with an orange peel
