Men's shoes
MORJAS Men's shoes use UK sizing as the reference. This is the size shown in your order confirmation and stamped inside the shoe.
UK 9 = US 10 = EU 43
Note: Since October 2025, US sizes are converted as UK +1 to better align with standard men's US sizing. Some shoeboxes may still display the previous US size conversion of UK +0.5 during transition. Both labels refer to the same UK size and the fit is identical.

– Try shoes on a carpet to avoid scuffing the soles.
– Use a shoehorn to protect the heel.
– When test fitting / walking, try not to flex the shoes fully. You will be able to feel if the shoes are too big or too small without having to walk more than a few steps.
– For Lace-ups, fully open the laces to reduce creasing.
– Toes should not touch the front.
– Do not walk outside.

From the time you drop off your return, it can take up to 27 days for the refund to reach your bank account. The process consists of three stages:
- Shipping: up to 14 business days
- Warehouse handling: up to 3 business days
- Payment processing: up to 10 bank days
Once the return has arrived at our warehouse and been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will then be issued and should reach your account within 10 bank days.

Products returned with signs of use and/or without their complete, original packaging may be refused or subject to refund deductions.
Please note that the refund excludes the shipping fee and return fee.

Shoes that are practically new, but that we don’t accept to sell “box fresh”. These are shoes that we have received in return from customers that are practically new, but that can come with minor marks of wear, and shoes used in photo shoots.
