Return or Exchange Your Order

If you’ve ordered from Sweden we cover both return and exchange shipping – completely free of charge.

1. Register the return or exchange here. Use your e-mail address and order number to login.

2. Select the product(s) you want to return and choose whether you wish to refund, exchange or claim.

3. Once you’ve completed the return registration, you’ll receive a QR-code with PostNord. Bring the QR-code together with the package to the service point and you will get help to print the prepaid return label.

4. Once we receive your return, we will process it as fast as possible. Please note it can take up to 10 days.

If you’ve ordered from within The European Union we cover both return and exchange shipping – completely free of charge.

Place the return label on the package and call DHL Express to book a pick-up, to send the parcel back to us.

Use a shoehorn and only try the shoes on a carpet to avoid scratching the outsole. Carefully feel the size and walk on clouds to avoid development of creases. Treat the products with love, care and respect when trying on for size and think of the next person that will unbox these shoes if you return them. If they are returned with creases, marks or other signs of use, you will not be refunded the full amount. The deduction will be based on the level of damage to the product:

1. Minor wear & tear: 15% deduction
2. Medium wear & tear: 20% deduction
3. Major wear & tear: 25% deduction
4. major damage or change of the product: No refund

EU: Free returns

United States: 35 USD

Norway: 200 NOK

United Kingdom: 25 GBP

Switzerland: 25 EUR

Rest of the world: 35 USD

Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
