Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all products must be returned in the same unworn and unused condition as when received. Items showing any signs of wear or damage, including, but not limited to, creased uppers or scuffed leather soles, may not be accepted. Such items may either be returned to you or subject to a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value. All shoes should be tried on with care on carpeted floors.

Step-by-step

2. Select the product(s) you want to return and choose whether you wish to refund, exchange or register a claim.
3. Once you’ve completed step two, you will receive an email containing a return label and further instructions.
4. Once we receive your return, we will process it as fast as possible. Please note it can take up to 10 days.

Orders from Sweden can be returned free of charge in our flagship store at Humlegårdsgatan 19 in Stockholm.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered free of charge, and can be made for another size in the same style, provided your desired size is in stock. If you wish to exchange for a different colour or model, we kindly ask you to return the product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that we charge a small return and restocking cost on returns. Costs depend on the region and is listed below:

Please note that if you paid for shipping to have your order delivered, this cost will not be refunded if you return your order.

We currently do not offer exchanges on orders to the United States. If you would like a different item, please return your order following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.

This process is handled directly with the local authorities and depends on their requirements and documentation.
