The Music

The best way to get your Holiday spirits going? Music.
We’ve gathered some of our favourite tunes in the below playlist. Songs that have a calmer and more sentimental feel to it.
Songs that will help you de-stress and connect with your inner spirit.

The Christmas drink

A team favourite is the Negroni.
The classic version is a blend of equal parts gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
But for the upcoming holidays, we want to spice it up a notch with some in-season flavours.

Christmas Negroni

Ingredients:
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Orange peel for garnish
Ice cubes
10-15 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
Ice

Preparation:
Put one star anise, 10-15 cloves and one cinnamon stick in the gin
and let it sit 3-5 days depending on how spicy you like it.

Steps:
1. Add gin, Campari and the sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir it around until chilled.
2. Strain the liquid into a glass filled with large ice cubes
3. Garnish with an orange peel
