FAQ - The Archive
The Archive features box-fresh shoes in outgoing or discontinued styles, as well as shoes in excellent condition that do not meet our criteria to be sold as box-fresh from current collections. These are primarily customer returns showing light signs of wear, such as minimal creasing or lightly scratched leather soles, along with pairs used in photoshoots.
All shoes in The Archive are discounted from their original price. The exact reduction varies by pair, but the general guidelines are:
20% for box-fresh shoes in outgoing or discontinued styles
20% for shoes with light signs of wear
30% for shoes with moderate signs of wear
