Withdrawals

As a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Instructions

1. Register the withdrawal using your email address and order number.
2. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
3. Once completed, you'll receive an email containing confirmation that we have registered your withdrawal, a return label and further instructions.
4. When we receive the return, we'll process it as quickly as possible. Please note this can take up to 10 days.

Return costs

Standard return cost applies to withdrawals:

Sweden 50 SEK
Denmark 35 DKK
Germany 5 EUR
France 5 EUR
Rest of EU 5 EUR

If you paid for delivery, the cost of standard economy delivery will be refunded. If you chose a faster delivery option, the amount above economy delivery isn't refundable. No delivery cost refunds will be issued on orders that qualify for free shipping.

Orders to Sweden can be returned free of charge in our flagship store at Humlegårdsgatan 19 in Stockholm.

Item condition

Please note that products must be returned unworn and unused. Items showing signs of wear or damage, including, but not limited to, creased uppers or scuffed leather soles, may be subject to a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value. All shoes should be tried on with care, on carpeted floors.
