Fits small – size up Our Belgians and Opera Pumps are crafted on a narrow last – We generally recommend choosing half a size up from your usual size in laced shoes. Please refer to our Size Guide above or reach out to our customer experience team for detailed sizing guidance.

* Rotate between wears and insert shoe trees after use to retain shape and minimise creasing. * Use a shoe horn when putting them on and remove the slippers by hand to protect the heel. * Once dry, brush the suede upper gently to lift the nap and remove dust. * Suede should be treated with a dedicated protective spray before first wear and refreshed periodically, especially after cleaning or exposure to moisture. * Use a suede eraser on dry marks and avoid liquid cleaners where possible, unless using a suede-specific shampoo. * Let the leather sole dry at room temperature if it becomes damp and keep away from direct heat sources. * If you expect frequent wear in wet conditions, add a thin rubber sole for extra grip and added longevity. * Store the slippers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
