Example: If you place an order of 200 EUR in value and then decide to send it back to us, we will refund you the order value of 200 EUR minus the shipping cost. The shipping cost to Switzerland is 25 EUR. Hence, we will refund you 175 EUR (200 EUR – 25 EUR in shipping cost). 

Returned products must be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with their original packaging. To clarify, this means the products must not have been worn or used. The reason behind this is that we can’t use products that are not box-fresh since they unfortunately become useless. Use a shoehorn and only try the shoes on a carpet to avoid scratching the outsole. Carefully feel the size and walk on clouds to avoid development of creases. Treat the products with love, care and respect when trying on for size and think of the next person that will unbox these shoes if you return them. If they are returned with creases, marks or other signs of use, you will not be refunded the full amount. The deduction will be based on the level of damage to the product:

1. Minor wear & tear: 15% deduction
2. Medium wear & tear: 20% deduction
3. Major wear & tear: 25% deduction
4. Major damage or change of the product: No refund

Shipping outside of the European Union costs $35.

Outside of the EU, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries.
