We are Morjas & Co AB with registered address Östermalmsgatan 58, 114 50 Stockholm, Sweden. Company registration number 559103-7501. By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site. Morjas may update these terms and conditions at any time.


Orders

Orders done at www.morjas.com are only for private use and are not intended for further resale. As a last step before your purchase you will see a summary of your order. You should check that this summary is according to your wish before finally agreeing to the terms and conditions. Morjas reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. Morjas shall not be held liable in case of unavailability of products. All efforts are made to ensure that the pictures and the presentation of the shoe corresponds to the original products. Please however note that the physical shoe might differ from the digital photographs displayed on the website. Morjas has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer if Morjas suspects violation of these Terms & Conditions or the customer has proven to cause damage for the brand and/or the company Morjas.

Payment & Pricing

The prices displayed are inclusive of taxes within the European Union. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur import duties and taxes. These charges vary from country to country. As you will be responsible for any charges we kindly recommend you to check with your local customs office for further information. We offer free shipping on all orders above 150 EUR / 1500 SEK / 1100 DKK / 1300 NOK to all countries within The European Union. Shipping costs differ between countries outside of The European Union and will be added at checkout. Morjas reserves the right to change the price of any items on the website at any time. Morjas securely accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna (Invoice or split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.*), PayPal, Swish.

Shipping

Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of Morjas. Estimated delivery time: Budbee: 2-3 business days, available in Sweden & Netherlands. Postnord: 1-3 business days, available in Sweden. UPS Standard: 1-5 business days, available Rest of the World. UPS Express: 1-3 business days, available Rest of the World. Please contact hello@morjas.com at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time, we will help you resolve the issue. If you for any reason have received a damaged product or an item which does not correspond to your original purchase, please contact us at returns@morjas.com as soon as possible or the latest within 24 hours from the date of received delivery. We will of course arrange a free return for you. We do not take responsibility for items that are lost during a return delivery.

Unclaimed packages
For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.


Taxes and duties

Within the European Union
Orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

USA
Orders to the United States at less than $800 are exempt from customs declarations and import taxes. Meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price.
Depending on the region, orders over $800 might be charged with duties and taxes. For more information, please get in touch with your local tax office.

Norway
Orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Outside the European Union
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Morjas does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Morjas.


Return and exchanges

Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

The Loyalty Program

Creating a customer account on the Site will automatically enrol you to be a member of the MORJAS Rewards Program (“The Loyalty Program”). Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent you receiving non-marketing messages from us, for example relating to products ordered from us, responses to customer service queries etc.

Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. We also keep this basic information about our customers for seven years following your most recent purchase from us or to enable us to deal efficiently with any after-sales queries that you may have. We keep customer profile information that you have indicated you are happy for us to have in order to keep you up to date regarding our products, services and events and will keep this information until such time as you indicate you no longer wish us to keep this data, or for seven years following your most recent active interaction with us (e.g. opening or clicking on an email we send you), whichever of these two is shorter.

No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
