Returns and exchanges

Please try your Morjas on a carpet to prevent marks and scratches from appearing on the soles. Note we only accept returns if the products are in the same shape and condition as when you received them and in its original packaging – together with the Returns & Exchanges Form. To clarify, that means the shoes must not have been worn or used. We do not accept responsibility for products lost during a return delivery.

Please specify in the Returns & Exchanges Form whether you want to make an exchange for another size/model/colour or a return. Include this information:

  • Your name and order number
  • Whether it is an exchange or a return
  • Which size or model/colour you would like to exchange to

UPS and Postnord

  1. Place the product in its original packaging together with the Returns & Exchanges Form with your specified request
  2. Attach the pre-paid parcel note on a suitable freight box, preferably the same in which you received your shoes. Please make sure to cover or remove the original parcel note.
  3. Send your return to us from a Postnord (Sweden) or UPS (International) service point. For orders outside of Sweden you can ask UPS to pick up the box at your convenience. Please call your local UPS office to arrange this


  1. Place the product in its original packaging together with the Returns & Exchanges Form with your specified request
  2. Book a return through the original link Budbee sent to you. You can choose day and time for Budbee to collect your return.
  3. Budbee will collect your return and bring a pre-paid return label that they will attach to your parcel.

When returning a product from outside of the European Union, contact to inform about your return. Make sure to include your name, address and order number. Our customer service team will get back to you with the address to where you should send your return. We do not offer free returns outside of the European Union. You are eligible to both returns and exchanges, but all costs for shipping and duties/import & export taxes will be paid by the client.

Should you need to change the size of your Morjas shoes or wish to select an alternative style we accept exchanges on all our products. To provide a fast exchange and to improve chances for stock availability, return your products and place a new order. You will not incur any additional shipping costs within the European Union. Note, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

If you have received an imperfect product please contact our customer relations team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you. To ensure your exchange is accepted please consider our conditions for returns & exchanges.

Once your return is received our customer service team will evaluate your order. If your return is accepted Morjas will refund the full amount to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 bank days for the refund to be processed.
